Shipping and Returns Original Artworks

At Mayhem we understand that ordering online can be very impersonal especially when it concerns such a personal purchase. For May, many hours, and weeks have gone into the creation of the piece and for her it’s like putting offspring into the post! Therefore, you can be rest assured that we treat it like our baby until it is in your safe hands.

SHIPPING

Original artworks are shipped from their place of origin, Australia, England, Holland or Cyprus. 

Delivery costs and any import duties/taxes are for the cost of the collector.

Pieces will be sent by courier and insured for the value of the piece. A tracking number will be provided to you once your parcel has been sent.

The artwork will be sent within 2 weeks of the order unless otherwise requested.

RETURNS

Please note that returns and refunds for change of mind are not permissible. The Collector may return an original piece at own cost undamaged within 1 week of receipt in exchange for another artwork or credit note to be used within 12 months. 

DAMAGE

Mayhem will video each artwork being packaged to show that it is undamaged.

We urge the Collector to make a short video when unwrapping the package and capture any damages to the packaging. This helps to show the shipping company that it was caused during transit.

If an item arrives damaged it must be reported within 24hrs from receipt of the delivery.  Please send an image with the damage, including the film during unwrapping and a photo of the damaged packaging along with your name and contact number via email.
