This is a playful take on the soft curves of a relaxing female form languishing on a balmy summer's day. The soft yellow hues reflect the warmth of the sunshine through the window veils. The paints dried to leave a very surprising finish for acrylic on canvas as it dried leaving a smooth matt finish, so much so that I don't want to varnish it and risk losing the touch. The original is rather large 110x110, and I love the way that it gives a wistful ambiance to a room.
