ITS ALIVE

This was painted after a bike ride along the canals in Amsterdam. I am always marvelled in how nature finds a way. Birds make their nests alongside the boats floating on the busy canals and the reeds seems to jump out of the water as if dancing to the beat of the city. Listening to the beat of nature in the city is loudest at dawn...worth waking up for.
